RESERVATIONS / RATES

Call or email for reservations.

• $150.00 per night, double-occupancy, 2 night minimum
• $15.00 per night for each additional guest (6 person max.)
• Taxes not included.  Rates subject to change. 
  Please also inquire about our off-season and extended stay rates.
• Fees include a cleaning fee (performed after your stay). 

Damage Deposit:

$75 refundable.

Damage deposit will be refunded after house inspection.  We reserve the right to charge additional damage fees if a situation occurs.

Canine fee:

$15 additional per well behaved family dog.  Daily fee.
Please let us know in advance if you will be bringing your friend.  (2 dog maximum).

We reserve the right to not accept dogs upon arrival.  All dogs must be dog and people friendly and not excessive barkers.  They must be house broken, well mannered, and flea free.

Confirmation/Cancellation Fee:

A fee of $50  will be assessed if reservations are cancelled less than 3 weeks prior to arrival date.  $100 will be assessed for reservations cancelled one week or less prior to arrival.

Payment:

Check or Paypal.  Pay in full at time of reservation. 

POLICIES

• The premises and property are non smoking.
• Check in-Check out: 
  11 a.m. check-in or later, 2 p.m. or earlier
• No candle or incense burning.
• We request that guests wash their own dishes put garbage or recyclables in appropriate containers.
• Dogs are allowed, provided they are well-trained; owner shall pickup dog waste and dispose of in proper receptacle.

LOCATION

We will email you driving directions when we confirm your reservation by receipt of deposit.
